About Neelakantha Bhanu

World’s Fastest Human Calculator

Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash, CEO and founder of Bhanzu, is the World’s Fastest Human Calculator, a title he achieved at 15 by breaking records held by Scott Flansburg and Shakuntala Devi. In 2020, he won a gold medal at the Mental Calculation World Championship, earning him the title Usain Bolt of Mathematics from the BBC and praise from the President of India.

Bhanzu, his brainchild, is revolutionising maths education with a curriculum based on over 6 years of research and Bhanu's extensive experience. He has conducted 500+ stage shows worldwide, transforming maths education into an engaging and effective learning experience. Through Bhanzu, he aims to turn maths anxiety into mastery, inspiring students globally.

How did ‘Bhanzu’ come into existence?

2017

Neelakantha Bhanu started doing workshops and global shows under the banner of “Exploring Infinities”

2019

Orchestrated Projects Infinity in 50+ schools. Milestone: 100k+ teaching hours

2020

Expansive Research in building global math curriculum and Project Math in Lockdown. Milestone: 1m+ students impacted. Launched as an edtech entity

2021

Exploring Infinities becomes “Bhanzu” and started on its mission to build the most thought-through math curriculum in the world.

2022

Bhanzu started teaching 20k+ students across the world

2023

Bhanzu successfully launched in the USA, establishing itself globally with rapid adoption in Middle East, South East Asia, and Australia regions. Growing daily, Bhanzu revolutionizes math education worldwide.
